During my Easter stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the availability of hot water and the good water pressure in the shower. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to some great local restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a nice overall experience.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par and there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.

The Christmas decorations were really nice, and the lobby area was comfortable with ample seating. The front desk staff was helpful and informative about the local area, and provided us with maps and recommendations for nearby restaurants. the hotel's location near the shopping district was very convenient for us.
The room we were given was not up to expectations. The sheets were stained and the bathroom had a persistent smell that made us uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the staff provides excellent service and is attentive to guest needs. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy a beautiful view from some of the rooms.
There were some issues with the television not working and the bathroom lacking towel arrangements, which needs improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities provided were great.
